WHAT IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?

We ship orders nationwide delivered at the doorstep, all orders shipped through from Monday-Saturday. For Pakistan it takes 5 to 10 Working days, Please email Ardourbeautypk@gmail.com  and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you! When returning your product, please use a guaranteed/insured method of shipping (with signature confirmation) so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes and the safety of our customers. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it at no charge. 

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an e-mail to Ardourbeautypk@gmail.com  within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email at Ardourbeautypk@gmail.com.  The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.
